Immunization requirements

Texas Law requires all students to have their immunizations up to date before entering school. 

For all students: See link below for Texas' minimum requirements. Coordinate with your child's regular doctor to make sure you know when their next immunization is due. Anytime (even the summer) your child receives an immunization please update us at the health office. Records can be faxed (210-368-8731), hand carried or emailed to [email protected]

For existing students: at the end of the school year our staff will mail letters to the families of Cole students notifying parents/guardians of any needed vaccines for the upcoming school year. 

For new students: Please plan to bring your most up to date immunization record with you to registration.
