Travel: A Student-athlete will need to be signed out by THEIR parent/guardian prior to them leaving after the contest. No student-athlete may leave the team with anyone other than THEIR parent unless approved by the Athletic Director or coordinator 24 hours prior to leaving for the contest (A jointly signed form is required from both parties)
