Dual Credit Program Information

Robert G. Cole High School partners with Alamo Colleges to offer dual credit courses. Dual credit allows a high school student to earn college credit and high school credit concurrently. There are many items of research that demonstrate the significance dual credit courses can play in the preparedness and success of students in their post-secondary school endeavors.

Attendance Requirement Notice: Student absences cannot exceed 12.5% of the total seat time. If this occurs the counselor must contact St. Philip's College, and the student may be removed from the course by the Instructor.
 
Course Limit Notice: Students may take no more than 14 dual credit courses and earn no more than 42 credits while enrolled in high school.
